As a single female, I was intimidated by the carpet buying process. I spent 3 weeks choosing carpeting, but weren't happy with local installers, so I checked on line. One man came out with several samples, did the measurements, and said the men would move my heavy bedroom furniture. They called because they were late due to an accident on the expressway. They were very respectful and very hard workers. They cleaned up after they were done, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They had the best price, and went out of their way to put everything back perfectly. Thank You to them. I was nervous picking out someone online, but am sure happy I followed my instincts. I live Downriver and it didn't matter. I guess they do go anywhere.

THANK YOU! I was so worried after reading all of the nightmare reviews about some other well known companies out there. I thought for sure I was going to get all the high pressure sales tactics or the b.s. lines that the other two companies gave me when they came out. I took a chance, and am so happy that I did. After having Empire come out and shoot me an extremely high price and then have to bargain with the guy to leave my house after he called his boss 4 times to beg for better deals, I figured I no longer needed carpet if it was going to be that stressful of a process. I gave up for a few weeks until I just decided that I could not live with the stains in my carpet any longer and no matter who I had clean it, the spots came back a week later. I decided to give the carpet thing another try. I looked all over online to find companies with good reviews, and I finally came across a local company with great reviews and was highly recommended by both Kudzu and Yelp so I gave them a call. Catchy name too, THE CARPET GUYS. Ha! Anyway, They came out to my house, no pressure at all, even when I told them that I was NOT buying today. He didn't seem to mind one bit as he stated to me that he wasn't working on commission anyway. Joe spent almost 2 hrs helping me design my future living room and the end result was even BETTER than I expected. First, I wound up paying $1,100 less than Empire quoted me. He gave me the premium pad FREE & the job looks BRILLIANT! Thank You Carpet Guys!
